Fantastic Beach Getaway

The staff was super nice! The premium facilities included special restaurants, fantastic. I also enjoyed a late check-out, a real perk for premium guests. I thought the beautiful beach and proximity of the room to it were top notch.

The service was to be catered more to a Hispanic customer, so the food and certain services leaned in that direction. The buffet food was nearly uneatable.

Our room included a large balcony. I used it every day! The housekeeping staff kept the room clean, ensuring fresh towels were always available. The room was well kept and comfortable.

I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I will mention the bartenders at all the bars were fun. There were several ride carts and made it easy to navigate the resort.

fantastic resort experience

clean rooms beautiful beach

the rooms were clean. the beach was beautiful and well kept. i enjoyed the various pools and the pool bars. the gym included many options for workouts, such as treadmills and weights.

the staff at the premium buffet was not as helpful as other staff members. i think service improvements could further enhance the dining experience.

my room was spacious and clean, a definite plus. it included a comfortable king-size bed and a separate seating area. the bathroom featured two sinks and a modern shower. the jacuzzi was AMAZING!!!

Premium Experience Was so great

smooth check in adequate shade live music

Check in was smooth. The room was ready. I requested early check in and it happened. A lot of chairs are on the beach. Palm trees provided adequate shade. The premium pool included live music.

The drinks and bartenders were not consistent.
